Change of Mind Returns
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your items.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
- You must notify us of your intent to return the item within the 14-day window.
- Return shipping costs for "change of mind" returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Please Note (Restocking Fee):
Change-of-mind returns may be subject to a discretionary 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover handling and processing costs.
Damaged Returned Items
Please ensure that returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Any damages, signs of use, or reduction in value to items returned to us will be chargeable.
- We reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from your refund to cover the cost of damage, diminished value, or required repair.
Damaged or Faulty Items Upon Arrival
If your item arrives damaged or defective from the courier:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@justjimnys.co.uk.
- Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- We will arrange a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement once inspected.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email our support team at hello@justjimnys.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for confirmation and our return address details.
- Package your item securely (including your order slip) and send it back via a tracked courier service. We recommend keeping your proof of postage.
- Once received and inspected, your refund (minus any applicable fees) will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days.
